Revaluation Notices Sent

Preliminary Assessment notices were mailed to property owners on June 9.  This notice comes from the town's contracted assessor Avitar Associates, Inc.  and includes the new tax assessment.  Property owners can view the detailed information used to calculate that assessed value, for all parcels in town.  Owners with questions about the assessment or with corrections to the data may schedule an appointment with Avitar Associates to discuss.

TO VIEW ASSESSMENT DATA:

Go to www.avitarassociates.com  and click "Online Data"

and login as as a Subscriber with Username:  townofauburn and Password auburntwn
