The Town of Auburn is seeking two people to join the team of hardworking, dedicated & fun-loving folks at Town Hall! 

Finance and Communications Assistant

General Duties: Processing accounts payable and payroll, and producing the town’s communications with residents via the web and printed material.  Other tasks include responding to resident calls and office visits.

Skills and Experience:  data entry with an attention to detail; and preferably an ability in a variety of software applications. 

This is a part-time position of approximately 16 hours per week, with some fixed and some flexible weekday hours.   Starting wage $19.35/hr.
