The Town of Auburn is accepting applications for a part-time Finance and Communications Assistant.   Primary responsibilities are processing accounts payable and payroll, and producing the town’s communications with residents via the web and printed material.  Other tasks include responding to resident calls and office visits.

This is a part-time position of approximately 16 hours per week, with some fixed and some flexible weekday hours.  The successful candidate will have experience with data entry and ability in a variety of software applications.  Payroll and/or Adobe publishing experience is preferred.
