Property Assessors in Town This Month

As part of the town-wide property valuation update being done in 2023, the town's contractor, Avitar Associates, Inc., will be driving around neighborhoods for a final verification of data that has been collected over the past five years.  

Assessing supervisors will be driving by homes and going up driveways, but generally not asking to enter properties, starting in late May.   All Avitar Associates vehicles are marked with the company logo:
