Town Meeting Warrant & Ballot Finalized

On January 23, 2023, the Board of Selectmen approved and posted the warrant for 2023 Town Meeting. At the February 4 Deliberative Session of Town Meeting, voters sent that warrant to the ballot, which will be voted upon on March 14th.
The following residents have filed for elective office:
- Selectman - 3 yrs - Michael J. Rolfe
- Town Clerk - 3 yrs - Kathleen A. Sylvia
- Treasurer - 3 yrs - Christine Tewksbury
- Planning Board - 3 yrs - Jeffrey Porter
- Library Trustee - 3 yrs - Marilyn Cavanaugh
- Cemetery Trustee - 3 yrs - James D. Thompson
- Cemetery Trustee - 1 yr - David Zaleski
- Trustee of the Trust Funds - 3 yrs - Barbara Carpenter
- Police Commission - 3 yrs - David C. Dion
- School Board Member - 3 yrs - Janice A. Baker
- School District Clerk - 2 yrs - Kathleen A. Sylvia
The 11 warrant articles include the operating budget, a zoning amendment, a land sale, and a number of 'routine' financial subjects. The Voter Guide, including warrant articles and explanations, is attached below. Paper copies will arrive by mail prior to election day.
