Applicant is requesting the following variances:    1) a Variance from Section 4.09(2) to permit Auto Repair Garage within the Industrial Zone; 2) a Variance from Section 3.05(2)(d) to permit expansion of a non-conforming building on a non-conforming lot; 3) a Variance from Section  4.09(4) to permit construction within the 50 foot front yard setback; and, 4) a Variance from Section 4.09(1) to exceed 40% lot coverage.

Applicant is requesting an extension of the approval for a variance regarding Article 5, Section 5.06(1) and (16) to permit construction of a driveway, retaining wall and drainage swales within the wetland setback and a variance regarding Article 4, Section 4.09(1) to construct a clustered industrial condominium containing 3 multi-unit buildings which would increase lot coverage where the Ordinance allows a maximum of 40% lot coverage in the Industrial zone, granted on July 28, 2009.
