for Rehearing of a Denial of the Zoning Board of Adjustment by a vote of
4 to 1, of an Appeal of Administrative Decision of the Building
Inspector relating to Map 1, Lot 36-24, 7 Priscilla Lane in which the
Building Inspector’s determination that Article 5 of the Auburn Zoning
Ordinance applies to the property is unreasonably arbitrary and
inconsistent within the purpose of Article 5. That the decision of the
Building Inspector that mowing and removing vegetation violates the
watershed protection buffer established by Article 5 and Article 1,
Section 1.04 of the Auburn Zoning Ordinance in a Commercial Two zone.
