Plan Submission Deadlines

All applicants submitting Subdivision and Site Plans undergoing the first review from the town consulting engineer will need to ensure plans are received by Stantec by the first Wednesday of the month, in order to be heard at that month’s public hearing.  Applicants are still subject to the timelines outlined in Section 3.07 of the Auburn Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations.

Subdivision and Site Plans undergoing secondary review from the town consulting engineer will need to be received by Stantec and the town by the second Wednesday of the month, in order to be heard at that month’s public hearing.

If plans are not received on time, the hearing will automatically be continued and the appointment deleted from the agenda.  The Planning Board shall not consider any action on the project during the hearing.
