The Trustees will try to meet with Deb and Duffy soon to finalize job descriptions.

Alliance has put Word on 3 of the computers. They also want a list of what has been done to the system in the past. As assets are added to the library and changes are made to computers it has been suggested to Edie that all paperwork should be placed in a file folder.

Web site is in progress.

Lenny Barlin should be in the library around 5/22 to place the antenna on the chimney.

The Trustees asked Edie to circulate the Senior Policy for taking out books within the library staff so they'll be aware of it. The panic buttons need to be located, placed where they can be easily found and tested with the fire/police department.

The audio books (download) request will need to be worked on before the budget meeting.

A locksmith was contacted to look at the cabinet he is unable to put a lock into the cabinet door and has suggested that a padlock could be used.

The American Girl Tea, Bug Catching ,The Mother's Day stamping program were all very successful.

The theme of the Summer Reading Program will be Splash into Reading. The kick off show will be held on July 1st @2pm, starring Scott Jamerson.

Edie and Duffy attended a spring conference, a sales person from Tucker Co. has offered to come into the library and help to determine better space management.

The NHLTA was very informative, two of the Trustees attended along with Edie. Workshops on safety, cyber safety and Labor laws were given. An open forum with Trustees is being formed. The first meeting will be held in the fall.

In the future any vendors that are doing work for the library will be asked to attach their sales receipts (for items) to the bill.

Book sale preparations are being made, Fay will call the parks and rec dept in Manchester to find out if we can put advertising at the traffic circle. We will also need some grade stakes for the banners. She will also contact the VA to get the name of the library director there to see if they want any books. Nancy will contact the library director at the womens prison.

Our next meeting will be held June 10 @1pm
