Present: Nancy Mayland, David Griffin, Fay Hanscomb, Edie Cummings

 

Minutes were accepted, Mayland/ Griffin

 

Treasurer report was accepted, Mayland/Hanscomb

 

The Trustees will meet with Duffy and Deb to review their Publicy/Program job description with them on Saturday, April 24.

 

Lenny Barlin is waiting for a bracket to attach the antenna.

 

The Trustees will meet with Edie on 4/22 to work on the assets list.
 

Alliance has been contacted to oversee the computers and the problem with networking. They will install Word. The trustees along with Edie will make a prioritize list for computer needs for Alliance to follow. Nancy will talk to Alliance about billing.

 

The Senior Ammendment to the Circulation Policy was accepted, Griffin/Mayland.

 

The Directors Report was given.. see attached sheet.

New Business,

 

Work on the crosswalk sign is in progress.

 

Edie has been asked to check on the locations of the Panic buttons (2) in the library.

 

Peter Barbuto has suggested that we consider a commercial type of lighting for the outside shed to replace the fixture that keeps burning out.

 

Nancy spoke with Mark Berling about the library website. They will research more about what to do.

 

The Trustees asked Edie to use the corner display cabinets on the circulation desk.

 

Next meeting will be 5/20 @1pm
